Services & Pricing
-
Before we schedule your evaluation, I invite you to book a free discovery call with me. It’s a relaxed, informal chat where we can get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you in, explore possible treatment approaches, and go over pricing and scheduling. I’ll answer any questions you have and walk you through what to expect next. There’s no pressure—just a supportive conversation to see if we’re the right fit. And if not, I’ll do my best to connect you with someone who might be a better match.
-
During the first 45 minutes of your evaluation, we’ll review your intake paperwork together and dive deeper into your goals and history.
The remaining time will focus on education and a personalized pelvic floor assessment. For in-home visits, you’ll have four assessment options—ranging from fully clothed and hands-off to internal exams during movement—so you can choose what feels right for you. You can change your mind at any time, and we'll prioritize your comfort and nervous system regulation throughout. These options will be thoroughly described and outlined to you prior to your evaluation. You can also read more about assessment options here.
For virtual visits, assessment will be feedback-based only which you can read more about here.
At the end, I’ll likely give you 2–3 things to work on between sessions and schedule a follow up visit.

During follow up visits, we will use a combination of treatment interventions to reach your goals. Common treatments are a mix of:
Lifestyle and activity modifications
Nervous system regulation
Manual release techniques
Visceral manipulation
Exercises and home exercise program
Ongoing feedback based and/or external and internal assessment
Outcome assessments to measure progress
Typically, I recommend anywhere from 4-8 follow up visits, usually 1 per week. However, it could be more or less depending on your goals and progress.
