Pelvic Health Coaching for Cyclists and Snow Athletes

Whether you’re clocking miles on the bike or carving down fresh powder, your pelvic health plays a huge role in how you move, feel, and perform.

This coaching program is designed for cyclists, skiers, and snowboarders who want to stay active, strong, and pain-free—without sacrificing the sports you love.

  • Your core, hips, and pelvic floor are the foundation of your movement. When they’re not working in sync, you might notice:

    • Hip, low back, or pelvic pain

    • Discomfort in the saddle or during long rides

    • Core weakness or instability

    • Trouble finding balance or power through your turns

Through tailored guidance, movement strategies, and education, you’ll learn how to connect your daily habits, breath, posture, and alignment so your body supports you on every climb, descent, and traverse of life.

  • This coaching program is for you if you:

    • Love cycling, skiing, or snowboarding

    • Are returning to sport postpartum or after injury

    • Want to prevent or address hip, back, or pelvic discomfort

    • Are ready to feel more balanced, powerful, and confident in your body

    • 1:1 coaching calls designed around your sport, goals, and current season of life

    • Education on healthy bowel, bladder, (and yes, sex & intimacy!) habits and how this impacts your pelvic floor and overall wellness

    • Education on posture, breathing, and nervous system regulation

    • Mobility and strength plans that integrate pelvic health principles

    • Ongoing support and progress tracking between sessions

  • Pregnant, post-partum, or not, your body deserves more than just generic advice. You deserve guided advice and coaching to return to doing the things you love confidently.

As a pelvic health educator and Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, I’m here to help you reconnect with your body and get back to your sport with that “heck yes, I can do this!” energy.

  • You’ve got mountains to conquer, trails to ride, and little humans to chase. Let’s get your foundation in sync so you can move, play, and feel amazing.

Pelvic health coaching versus pelvic health therapy? What’s the deal?

Pelvic health coaching is not pelvic floor therapy, but can be a great option for those looking for a less traditional approach to addressing their overall wellness and understanding their body.

  • During coaching calls I put on my coaching hat to:

    • Use my knowledge as an OT but not provide OT services.

    • Educate about general pelvic health concepts

    • Offer guidance on habits, posture, movement, toileting strategies, mindfulness, etc.

    • Provide general exercise or lifestyle education

    • Empower clients through behavior change, motivation, and self-management

    • Teach general information about pelvic floor awareness (not assessment-driven)

Coaching is considered a wellness and education service and can allow us to work together across state lines.

Coaching services are not eligible for a Superbill to submit to your insurance and are paid out-of-pocket. No diagnosis will be provided to me or a referral from your provider.

  • In traditional in-person or telehealth pelvic health OT sessions, I put on my OT hat to:

    • Perform and document a comprehensive evaluation and assessment

    • Provide clinical reasoning to identify impairments

    • Determine functional deficits

    • Deliver & document skilled interventions in follow up visits and track progress

    • Create a therapy plan based on symptoms, impairments, or diagnoses

    • Progress a treatment program based on clinical findings

    • Provide medical advice related to pelvic dysfunction

    • Use therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-ed, manual therapy (if applicable), etc.,

This is clinical, billable, and part of a medical plan of care. You can get a referral from a provider to see me, or you can see me direct access. Although I do not bill insurance, you can request a Superbill to submit to your insurance.
