Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services. As of January 1, 2022, all clients who are uninsured or choosing to self-pay for services have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. This estimate gives you a general overview of the costs you may incur throughout your care.

At Cadence Pelvic Health & Wellness, we are out of network with insurance. Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a written estimate of expected charges before you receive care. When you book your discovery call with me, we will go over what your treatment will look like including cost of care and frequency of visits. You are never locked in to care and can discontinue care at any point. The estimate of total care is just that - an estimate.

This estimate will outline the total cost of services based on your treatment plan and can help you plan accordingly. You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, and I will provide one to you at the start of care.
