Welcome to Cadence Pelvic Health & Wellness. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or participating in therapy sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Cadence Pelvic Health & Wellness provides pelvic health occupational therapy services, including in-person, in-home, and telehealth sessions. All services are intended for therapeutic and educational purposes and do not replace medical diagnosis or emergency care.

2. Client Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete health information and to update your provider on any changes to your health status.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our electronic health record system, Healthie.

  • Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

  • If you are late to an appointment, the session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time.

4. Payment & Insurance

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

  • We accept payment through Healthie, which uses secure, encrypted systems.

  • We are out of network with insurances. You may request a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. While occupational therapy services are direct access in the state of Maine, you may require a physicians referral for the superbill depending on your insurance. We do not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal and health information is protected according to HIPAA standards. All client records are securely stored and managed through Healthie, a HIPAA-compliant platform. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Telehealth Services

Telehealth services are offered via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform via Healthie.You are responsible for ensuring you have a private, distraction-free environment and a stable internet connection.

7. Website Use

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content from this site for commercial purposes without written permission.
